Level 3 - $ 3,835.00: Sales* between $1 and $5 million/a: $3,260 + Initiation Fee $575

Level 4 - $ 6,140.00: Sales* between $5 and $10 million/a: $5,290 + Initiation Fee $850

Level 5 - $ 9,090.00: Sales* between $10 and $15 million/a: $7,440 + Initiation Fee $1,350

Level 6 - $ 13,730.00: Sales* greater than $15 million/a: $11,510 + Initiation Fee $2,220

*based on combined total of 100% of Canadian nuclear related sales plus 50% of international nuclear related sales of the applicant business/organization and its parent company and/or affiliates over the past 5 years
